Rachel Rudo Munyaradzi is a change management expert, seamlessly engineering transformational changes working with C-Suite executives in companies and nonprofits. Dedicating more than two decades to helping executives and teams transform their challenges into opportunities for extraordinary growth and performance. Primarily focused on bringing companies from chaos to clarity. Rachel believes that change is inevitable, and thriving is a choice. I think that change comes by utilizing the 4 E's - Empathy, Encouragement, and Education leading to Empowerment. Having always been a minority throughout her career in Corporate America, Rachel is also a Diversity and Inclusion thought leader. As a black woman originally from Zimbabwe, Rachel refused to let her gender, race, or place of birth determine her career path. Rachel advocates for diversity and inclusion within an organization’s culture, to allow employees to feel like they belong, and to bring their best selves to work. She helps clients achieve lasting change through facilitation, education, consultation, and coaching. Through vision-based strategic planning, Rachel thrives on motivating teams to achieve goals, increased productivity, and profitability. She believes that people are the lifeblood of any organization. Her ability to listen (empathize) allows her to direct and encourage the environment needed to create change while maintaining employee morale.
In her Zimbabwean culture, you name your child what you want them to become, and her names translate to a comforting (empathizing) and loving woman. Rachel advises and coaches senior executives in private and non-profit organizations. She believes that investing in people, from leadership down, will create a thriving business. Her work has given her an appreciation of the extraordinary demands that are made on leaders in today’s culture. She works to bring the best leading-edge ideas and approaches to her clients to help them make the changes that are most important to them and to the culture of their organizations. Before setting up her own Consulting Service, Rachel worked in Executive Management in numerous industries including Healthcare, IT, Banking, and Finance. When not hiking the hills surrounding her Los Angeles home, Rachel volunteers for various organizations in her community.
