Barbara E. Ringrose is a real-life powerhouse and an inspiration to everyone who knows her. Her story is the kind that makes you believe in grit and determination. Back in 1994, she faced some tough challenges, but instead of letting them define her, she rolled up her sleeves, earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biology, and crushed it as a mortgage loan officer for 22 years. Talk about resilience!

But Barbara didn’t stop there. She’s not just about personal success; she’s about lifting others too. Whether it’s her work with the Carroll County Social Services Advisory Board, handling the books as Treasurer for the Manchester Merchants Association, or staying active with the Carroll County Chamber and Board of Realtors, Barbara is everywhere - making her community a better place.

The next phase of Women Optimizing Women (WOW) began as a discussion about podcasting and what topics could engage more women to find relevance and authenticity in a world of confusion and a craving for unity. Barbara created the Optimize Her 2 podcast on August 19, 2025, along with WOW member LaQuincia Nichols, founder of Experience-Coaching.com, and with the support of WOW Digital Operations Specialist, Tricia Soderstrom, the collaboration amongst this trio continued. Barbara’s involvement with WOW is another feather in her cap. She’s all about building genuine connections, creating opportunities, and supporting other women to thrive.
