Born in Buffalo, NY in 1955, where she attended Buffalo General School of Nursing and graduated in 1976. She continued her studies in Atlanta, GA, graduating in 1979 from Emory University. In 1980, she relocated to Chicago, Illinois where she worked at the Institute of Psychiatry in a program for pregnant drug addicts until 1988 when she relocated to Albuquerque, New Mexico. Jill worked in psychiatry for the Charter hospital system until she left nursing for good in 1994 and opened a retail store in Santa Fe, New Mexico. In 2000, Jill began competing in both Body Building and Figure shows. She has won 9 first place titles. In 2004, Langham, attended her first White Party and fell in love with Palm Springs and the gay community where she relocated for the last time in 2006. She lives in Palm Springs and works as a Personal Trainer. She is known as the Dancing Queen of Palm Springs and owes her happiness to the gay community and is there biggest advocate.
