She rode horses competitively for over 12 years from an early age well into her teen years (she still rides for pleasure). She is no stranger to hard work, success and trauma.
She is also no stranger to recovery. She overcame bulimia and compulsive overeating permanently released of over 60 pounds. Several years ago, she suffered a two-year setback that had her bedridden and in unidentified and severe pain. Just a few short years later, she is once again working at a desk for hours, lifting weights, doing HIIT and horseback riding as often as possible, spending time with her beloved pets, Ells, Tia and Socrates and tending her huge organic garden right in her backyard.
Her love of helping leads her to coaching people in their own recovery, in pursuit of their dreams and becoming the person they never dreamed of becoming.
