Four Arrows (Wahinkpe Topa), PhD, EdD, is an Indigenous-based scholar, educator, and activist known for his work in decolonization, Indigenous worldview, and transformative education. A former U.S. Marine turned advocate for peace and Indigenous rights, he has authored numerous books, including Restoring the Kinship Worldview and The Authentic Dissertation. As a core faculty member in a doctoral education program for 25 years, he challenged dominant paradigms and continues to promotes nature-based, holistic learning. He currently lives in Mexico and Canada where he offers on Zoom a four-class workshop on auto-hypnosis, Indigenous Worldview and Personal Transformation. He bridges Indigenous and dominant worldview precepts, fostering deeper connections to community and the natural world.
Four Arrows also presented at the 78th General Assembly of the UN in 2023, and recognized at UC Berkeley's Science Center for the Greater Good selected Restoring the Kinship Worldview as one of the "most thought-provoking, inspiring and practical science books of 2022.
