Mike Weiner, CEO, has been running the NRG networking group in the Maryland area since 2001. NRG started out as a local organization in Maryland, DC, and Northern Virginia, but has exploded nationwide due to the pandemic. In 2020, NRG pivoted from being a local group to being national and international.
Mike was diagnosed with adult-onset diabetes, otherwise known as Type 2 Diabetes, in 2001 (the same year he started NRG). While dealing with high and low blood sugar levels is challenging, Mike does his best to stay focused and on track with the members by serving them through the law of attraction and the law of vibration. Mike absolutely loves connecting business owners and professionals to each other, and when a new member joins, he floods their phone with 23 referrals. Mike was Home-Based Business Champion of the year, as recognized by the 2006 Small Business Awards in Maryland.
