Amelie Anastasia, a 10-year-old author and philanthropist from Petoskey, Michigan, has already made remarkable strides in both literature and animal advocacy. She published her first book, Fox Tales*, at age 8, followed by *Fox Tales 2 at age 9, with her third installment, *Wolf Tales*, set to release on November 12, 2024.
Committed to making a difference, Amelie donates 10% of her profits to her school and raised $9,000 for the Little Traverse Bay Humane Society. She is also writing a fourth book, *Shelter Dogs*, in collaboration with her local Humane Society.
Her swimming accomplishments include a 5-mile swim in Lake Michigan to raise money for the American Cancer Society in memory of a friend.
