She has over 30 years experience in personal and spiritual development as a mentor, coach and group facilitator. Her work has been to collect and synthesize the best of the best mental and emotional wellbeing practices and her next book will be about the five essential tools and techniques that can dramatically enhance our inner resilience and transform the quality of our lives.
