Biography
Amy Scruggs has been a standout in country music for over 20 years, performing with legends like Clint Black ,Trace Adkins, and many more. In 2022, she released a Fred Mollin-produced EP featuring the hit single “What if It All Goes Right.”
A former TV host and respected media coach, Amy helps professionals elevate their presence on camera and on stage. She also serves as Assistant Public Image Chair for Rotary Zone 26 and speaks regularly at leadership events.
In 2024, Amy became the full-time caregiver for her father, who was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and passed away in March 2025. She embraced this role with compassion and strength, sharing their day-to-day experiences through heartfelt social media vlogs. Her candid posts provide practical advice, emotional insight, and a powerful sense of community for fellow caregivers. Through her openness, Amy continues to uplift others walking the challenging yet meaningful path of dementia caregiving.
PBS selected one of Amy’s dementia care videos to feature in the national promotional campaign for the Bradley Cooper documentary on caregiving, recognizing her as a trusted voice in the caregiver community.
