Dr. Tia Murry
Biography
Dr. Tia Murry is a visionary leader in educational innovation, diversity advocacy, and community engagement, with over 23 years of experience spanning education, government, social services, and nonprofits.
                                                                                                                   
She is the Co-Founder of Veridian Christian University and Founder of Rise & Align Leadership Academy, where she equips emerging leaders through faith-integrated learning and transformational leadership development.  A renowned speaker and thought leader, Dr. Murry has presented at national conferences on topics including systemic equity, women in leadership and organizational growth. She has led award-winning initiatives in mentorship, curriculum design, and community outreach, and has driven organizational success through sustainable HR and operational strategies.   
                                                                                                                                     
Dr. Murry has received numerous honors, including the Women of Distinction Award by the United National Global Women Foundation, Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award Recipient (US) and the Champion Leadership Award (UK). She also serves on multiple nonprofit boards and mentors aspiring educators and leaders. Her work reflects a lifelong commitment to equity, empowerment, and educational access for all.
