Biography
Stephanie Brown, CEO and Founder, The Rosie Network and the U.S. Military Spouse Chamber of Commerce. Stephanie is a nationally recognized leader and sought-after subject matter expert on military entrepreneurship. As CEO, Stephanie has testified before the Joint Congressional Small Business and Veterans Affairs Committees. She has been featured on numerous national news channels, including FOX Business, CBS and NPR. She has also been featured in Woman's Day Magazine, Business Insider, The New York Times, Military Families Magazine and U.S. Veterans Magazine, to name a few. She is the spouse of the late Rear Admiral Thomas Brown
(SEAL) and the daughter of a Vietnam veteran turned small
business owner.

Stephanie has launched and/or sold six small businesses. She is a member of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense, Military Community and Family Policy, Spouse Ambassador Network and the Military Spouse Employment Partnership (MSEP). As CEO of the Military Spouse Chamber of Commerce, she developed the first industry standard Military Spouse-Owned Enterprise Certification (MSEC) and works closely with corporations such as DISNEY, USAA, Johnson & Johnson, CVS Health, AT&T, who formally recognize the MSEC and include military spouse-owned enterprises in their corporate
supply chains.

She is the mother of two sons and lives in Southern California on the Brown Family Farm.
