Raymond D. Kemp Sr.

Biography
Raymond D. Kemp Sr. is the founder of Kemp Solutions, where he helps organizations reduce attrition, build resilience, and strengthen loyalty by addressing the people issues that surface before performance fails. He advises executives and senior teams on leadership, culture, and trust in complex environments.

Earlier in his career, Raymond served as a U.S. Navy Fleet Master Chief, where he was a senior advisor responsible for the readiness, morale, and leadership culture of more than 56,000 personnel. That experience now informs his work helping organizations create environments where people stay, teams perform, and impact extends beyond the workplace.
