He also hosts a podcast titled “Fitness Saved My Life.” Danny is a Certified Personal Trainer with specializations in Group Personal Training, Weight Loss, and Behavior Change through The National Academy of Sports Medicine. Danny's passion for fitness and helping people led him into the field of personal training and wellness Coaching. He's able to relate to his clients because he once struggled with living an unhealthy lifestyle himself. As a father of three boys, he recognizes the influence he has over them.
