That way you’ll lose weight. Right? Who came up with this? I’m 5’11’’, I workout almost daily and love having muscle so a woman who is 5’2’’ who hasn’t been working out needs to eat the same as me? Obviously that's ridiculous. So let’s talk about calories and why I claim that you don’t need to count them to actually lose weight. LONG TERM. Now I can already hear people coming at me with: it worked for me! There are only a few people that I have met that this worked LONG TERM. The key here is LONG TERM WEIGHT LOSS. I’m not talking about you every few months or years having to diet down and restrict calories to lose weight only to gain it back. I’m talking about never having to worry about calories again. For weight loss to work long term, you have to change your current habits meaning you have to change your relationship with food, you have to work on your addiction to food, you have to change your relationship with you. SO for those who calorie counting worked for - you did the above along with counting calories. I have seen way more people who damaged their bodies and their relationship with food when they counted calories than those who it worked for. After this video you'll know what calories are, how they affect us, why not all calories are equal and exactly what to do to lose weight long-term without having to count calories again.
